Role Requirements Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for live Linux-based environments, ensuring systems stay within SLA/KPI thresholds
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers and applications via a ticketing system
Automate routine tasks and document technical procedures for team use and rapid resolution
Train and mentor junior team members to help strengthen overall capability
Work closely with Service Managers and escalate critical issues appropriately
Skills & Experience Strong Linux system administration skills across RHEL (5.x-9.x) and Debian (10.x, 11.x)
Scripting in Bash, Python, or KSH, with Ansible automation experience
Understanding of virtualization tools (VMware), backup solutions (NetApp, Cohesity), and storage systems (SAN)
Knowledge of legacy UNIX (Solaris) and general security frameworks
Ability to obtain and maintain SC Clearance is essential
