We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring entrance and exit points, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, and providing exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of safety.
Responsibilities
* Monitor the entrance and exit of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing laws and regulations.
* Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring that all incidents are documented appropriately.
* Maintain a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour and provide reassurance to patrons.
* Assist in training new staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.
Experience
* Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is highly desirable.
* A valid First Aid certification is preferred
* Strong communication skills
