Fundraising & Communications Assistant- temporary contract
Central London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
£23.21 per hour (Umbrella)
Full-time (35 hours per week), 3 month contract with potential for extension

A leading healthcare membership body is seeking a Fundraising & Communications Assistant to join their small, collaborative team covering fundraising, communications and events. This is a hands‑on role requiring previous fundraising experience and the ability to hit the ground running.
The Role
You’ll support fundraising activity, donor engagement, reporting and events, with responsibilities including:
* Researching potential funders and supporting due diligence
* Assisting with funding bids and donor communications
* Monitoring inboxes and processing donations
* Maintaining CRM/database records
* Gathering data and supporting report writing
* Supporting fundraising events, including:
o Coordinating travel and accommodation for award winners
o Assisting with event delivery and logistics
About You
* Fundraising experience is essential
* Strong admin, organisation and attention to detail
* Experience with CRM systems and reporting
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a small team
Additional Information
