The role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented *Data Processing Administrator* to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data management skills and advanced Excel knowledge to play a key role in maintaining and improving the accuracy of our product and catalogue information.
Key Responsibilities
* Updating and maintaining online product catalogues
* Collecting, collating, and organising product data, pricing information, and images
* Performing accurate data entry and database updates
* Reviewing, validating, and maintaining data integrity
* Identifying and reporting data discrepancies or quality issues
* Creating and accurately matching stock codes within our database systems
* Maintaining stock master records and internal product information
* Analysing data and recommending solutions to improve processes and accuracy
* Ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and timescales
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Essential Skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Professional, confident, and courteous manner
Desirable Technical Knowledge
Experience or familiarity with one or more of the following:
