Compensation
$60,000–$80,000 + bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
Processing semi-monthly salary and bi-weekly hourly payroll
Managing payroll changes, deductions, tax filings, and payments
Reconciling hours, earnings, taxes, and quarterly/annual payroll reports
Generating and distributing payroll reports to leadership
Handling payroll inquiries, wage verifications, and unemployment documentation
Supporting audits, surveys, year-end processes, and special projects
Navigating a complex, multi-system payroll environment with maturity and independence
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Experience with enterprise-level payroll platforms (UKG, ADP, AX or similar)
Ability to manage payroll tax processing in-house
High adaptability and comfort working through process complexity
Willingness to complete required background, drug screening, and assessment
