Working within the home, you will play a key role in helping our children grow, learn, and thrive as they prepare for adulthood. We support vulnerable young people who need help with daily self-care and personal development. What You’ll Do as a Residential Care Worker: Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged up to 18 Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals Follow a 3-on / 6-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) Essential Requirements: Full UK Manual Driving Licence Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help. A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations Willingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 training A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive.
