Main Responsibilities
1. Exceed targets by providing customers with a motivating and exemplary sales experience.
2. Manage sales enquiries through venue client bookings inbox.
3. Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, logging all enquiries and updating notes and status as required.
5. Prepare proposals and bespoke requests for all clients.
6. Conduct all venue site visits and complete all follow ups.
7. Work closely with Venue General Managers and Event Design team to ensure smooth customer journey.
8. Assist with entertaining, sales missions, networking and exhibitions and at all times act as an ambassador for both Heritage Portfolio and the venue client.
9. Achieve personal KPI's to be agreed with Line Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
Will have a strong background in hospitality sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer and sales targets. You will have a genuine passion for cultural destinations with the ability to learn and become a knowledgeable sales ambassador for Perth Racecourse.
