Working Hours
Hours to be worked flexibly across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with early mornings and late evenings included.
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility is to support customers in a retail environment, ensuring excellent service, product availability, and store presentation. As a Retail Assistant, you will handle transactions, assist customers with product information, order picking, stocking, deliveries, and overall store maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly customer service at the till and throughout the store.
* Assist customers in locating products and provide product knowledge.
* Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
* Pick, pack, and deliver orders for customers and external deliveries.
* Stock shelves, rotate stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
* Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
Qualifications
* No formal qualifications required.
* Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and basic maths.
