Following a period of impressive growth, the company is creating a brand-new Finance Assistant position to support its expanding finance function.
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to take on a varied and rewarding role within a dynamic business environment.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
Match and process high volume purchase ledger invoices, reconcile statements and make payments
Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
Update balance sheet reconciliations
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
Staff expenses
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
Previous experience of the above, gained in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator who is confident and able to liaise at all levels in the business
