Working under the direction of the local Estate Services Manager, you will help ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained, while also carrying out minor repairs and supporting cleaning and grounds maintenance teams. This is a hands-on, physically active role requiring a proactive attitude, good practical skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards across communal environments.
