The Wroughton Academies are seeking a qualified and passionate Primary Teacher with experience across all key stages, demonstrating a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and recent educational developments. Skilled in phonics programmes such as Read Write Inc., you use imaginative teaching strategies and assessment for learning to inspire high expectations and ensure all pupils make progress. You create a safe, purposeful learning environment, confidently manage behaviour, and respond effectively to challenges. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents, and use technology to enrich teaching and learning.
