🚀 The Role
As Sales Director, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s multi-team sales function, overseeing overall sales performance.
You’ll bring structure, clarity, and inspiration to an already high-performing environment, leading from the front while driving commercial growth and strategic improvement.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed performance targets.
* Oversee all aspects of the property sales cycle, from valuation strategy to offer negotiation.
* Drive a proactive sales culture focused on pipeline growth, conversion, and profitability.
* Manage pricing and stock strategy, ensuring properties are positioned to sell quickly and profitable
* Collaborate with senior leadership and client services to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
* Uphold high compliance standards (AML, property regulations) and manage escalated queries with professionalism.
* Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and contribute to business-wide strategy and process improvement.

Essential:
* Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in property or a similar fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of UK property sales, AML, and compliance.
* Excellent motivational and coaching skills with the ability to inspire buy-in and change.
* Strategic thinker who can balance short-term results with long-term vision.
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and adaptable in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Desirable:
* Experience in fast-sale, hybrid, or online property models.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Reapit, or other CRMs.
