The Role
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll guide people through choosing the right flooring for their home.
From the moment they walk in, you’ll be responsible for:
* Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom
* Understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
* Booking home measurements
* Preparing quotes and following up
* Processing orders and taking payments
* Helping ensure a smooth journey from enquiry through to installation
No two days are the same. It’s a mix of sales, customer service, and organisation.
Pay & Hours
* £12.71 per hour + 2% commission on all sales
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): £32,000 – £38,000 per year
* Typical team members generate £8,000 – £13,000 per week in sales
* Weekly pay
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
* Saturdays: 1 in 3 (9:00am – 4:00pm)
Day off in the week provided for each Saturday worked
Additional Saturdays may be required during busy periods

Previous sales or retail experience is helpful, but not essential. We value attitude over experience.

Additional Duties
