Operations Assistant

Central London | Up to £50,000 + Outstanding Benefits | Hybrid Working

A leading private markets investment and advisory group, headquartered in Central London, is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Assistant to join their high-performing team. The Role

As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the business by providing essential administrative and operational support across several functions. Reporting into the Head of Operations & HR, you'll also work closely with IT, Legal and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, can-do attitude and ideally some previous experience in an operations or administrative support role within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Operations & HR, IT, the General Counsel and the Compliance team.
* Act as the central point of contact for office and facilities management queries across global offices (excluding London), coordinating with local office champions to ensure timely resolution.
* Manage supplier relationships and operational licences, liaising with internal stakeholders as needed.
* Collaborate on a firm-wide vendor management project, helping to build and maintain a centralised vendor database.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees from an Operations perspective, ensuring equipment is issued and returned appropriately.

* Some prior experience in an operations or administrative role within a corporate or professional services environment.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
