Primary tasks and duties:
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, you will assist the commercial team in providing support to the contract delivery team to ensure the profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of all schemes. Your role will require you to:
* Management of application and credit control processes
* Management of optimisation of income
* Management of all processes regarding costing and forecasting
* Management of change control system
* Input into the management of project risk
* Management of CTC and CVRs
* Management of the full sub-contract cycle
* Provision of commercial advice to Project Team
* Development of team spirit and trustworthiness within Project Commercial Team and with Client and S/C
* Management of dispute resolution
* Communications within the Project Commercial Team and with the Project Team
* Management of Training plans
* Input into the tendering process
Secondary tasks and duties:

* Ensure that the group commercial policies are adhered to and that the requirements of legislation are met
* Manage commercial performance against business targets and KPI’s
* Working with the commercial and operational teams to strive for continuous improvement
* Promote a culture of integration, continuous improvement and use of best practice across the client base
* Assisting with the use of key lean tools to drive efficiencies and reduce waste
* Encourage, support and assist with the delivery of successful collaborative planning with the contract delivery teams
