Project Manager - Application / Cyber Security
£425 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract
We're supporting a leading broadcasting and entertainment organisation in hiring a Project Manager to deliver a security-focused application project.
This role will coordinate the delivery of security controls, governance measures, and application security initiatives across development environments. You'll work closely with security, development, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, risks are managed, and progress is clearly tracked and communicated.
This is well suited to a Technical Project Manager with experience delivering cyber security, compliance, or software development projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage delivery of a security application project
* Coordinate security control and governance implementation
* Work closely with development, security, and business teams
* Track project plans, risks, actions, dependencies, and milestones
* Gather requirements and support project reporting
* Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout delivery
* Drive organisation, planning, and project governance
* Support alignment between technical and non-technical teams
Required Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within technology environments
* Experience delivering cyber security, compliance, or software development projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience managing project tracking, reporting, and coordinationComfortable working with technical delivery and engineering teams
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Desirable Skills
* Exposure to application security or security governance projects
* Understanding of security controls and compliance frameworks
* Awareness of GitHub or software development workflows
* Previous experience within media, broadcasting, or entertainment sectors
