The Admin & Works Scheduler will provide administrative support and coordinate scheduling for planned works, repairs, and improvement works across social housing properties. This role ensures work is planned efficiently, managed promptly, and records are accurate and up-to-date.

Hours, Location & Salary
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Location: Based in Holywood to cover various locations throughout Northern Ireland

Minimum Requirements to be Shortlisted
* Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or works coordination, preferably in social housing or property management.
* Understanding of maintenance workflows (planned vs. reactive works) is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with housing or works management systems.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting; strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of social housing regulations, tenant support, and health & safety standards is advantageous.
