Overview

Join to apply for the Admin & Works Scheduler role at Radius Housing / NIFHA - Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations. Radius Housing is expanding with Radius Direct Ltd to enhance property maintenance operations, including servicing, planned maintenance, minor works, and repairs. A focus on void property relets and compliance-related services supports Radius Housing in meeting statutory and regulatory responsibilities.

The Admin & Works Scheduler will provide administrative support and coordinate scheduling for planned works, repairs, and improvement works across social housing properties. This role ensures work is planned efficiently, managed promptly, and records are accurate and up-to-date.


Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support and coordinate scheduling for planned works, repairs, and improvements across social housing properties.
* Plan work efficiently and ensure timely management of tasks and records.
* Maintain accurate records and up-to-date documentation related to works and scheduling.


Hours, Location & Salary

* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Location: Based in Holywood to cover various locations throughout Northern Ireland
* Salary: Competitive

Minimum Requirements to be Shortlisted

* Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or works coordination, preferably in social housing or property management.
* Understanding of maintenance workflows (planned vs. reactive works) is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with housing or works management systems.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting; strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of social housing regulations, tenant support, and health & safety standards is advantageous.
