Location: Office-based Camberley (with WFH options)
Qualifications: GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above)
Join our dynamic Mortgage Club team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Commissions Administrator to process and reconcile commissions for mortgage and insurance advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calculate and process commissions accurately
2. Investigate and resolve discrepancies
3. Manage payments, BACs uploads, and bank reconciliations
4. Handle queries from advisers and lenders
5. Maintain accurate records and reporting
6. Support compliance and uphold Consumer Duty obligations
What We’re Looking For:
7. Strong numerical and analytical skills
8. Excellent attention to detail and time management
9. Good communication and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
10. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Experience: No prior experience required – full training provided!
