Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading research organization is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee daily operations across busy, modern laboratories. You will ensure facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while also playing a key role in shaping future laboratory expansions.
Key focus areas:
* Managing lab operations, services, and equipment.
* Overseeing safety, compliance, and contractor relationships.
* Leading procurement, contracts, and inventory control.
* Supporting future facility planning and refurbishments.
* Training and onboarding staff and visitors.
About you:
* Proven experience managing labs in pharma/biotech or similar.
* Strong knowledge of lab safety and compliance.
* NEBOSH / IOSH (or equivalent) desirable.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
