1. Provide a warm, professional wee to visitors, parents, and pupils
2. Manage the reception desk, including sign‑in procedures and issuing visitor passes
3. Handle iing calls and emails, ensuring messages reach the right member of staff
4. Support with organising appointments and basic diary management
5. Manage post, deliveries, and general reception administration
6. Offer light admin support to the wider office team when required
7. Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures at all times
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
8. Previous school-based experience (essential)
9. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
10. Excellentmunication and people skills
11. Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient in a busy school office
12. Confident IT skills and a professional, reliable work ethic
