Ticketing Coordinator - 12 Month FTC

Job Introduction

To own the creation of in store ticketing – from inception to distribution. This includes client liaison, ticket production, proof reading, printing and delivery across all stores.

To produce storewide ticketing of the highest standard to enhance the Selfridges experience which is in line with the creative strategy, fulfilling Selfridges brand values and business objectives.

Role Scope/Key Responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate, administer, copywrite, design, produce and distribute the in store ticketing for Oxford Street and the regional stores, clearly highlighting delivery timelines/agreements for all ticketing requests.
2. Ensure all ticketing requests are logged into the system in an orderly, understandable way for easy access.
3. Ensure all finished tickets are stored in the ticketing library and logged, catalogued and filed correctly to ensure easy access at a later date.
4. Manage and distribute ticketing holders/blocks ensuring ownership and cataloguing the distribution and, where applicable the return to the ticketing department.
5. Manage a sensible fast track system when a ticket is required urgently.
6. Own the distribution/allocation of all sale ticketing and new/exclusive ticketing for the retail operations team.
7. Prioritising workload to meet project deadlines.
8. Continually review ways to improve communication and efficiencies across all areas of the ticketing process.
9. As part of the Signage & Ticketing team you may be required to support the signage team when needed with production of vinyl signs

A bit about you

10. |Degree level or equivalent in a production-related discipline.
11. An understanding of basic Layout and typography.
12. Apple Mac/computer literate –Microsoft word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.
13. Knowledge of the print/production process.
14. Organised and efficient.
15. Excellent administrative skills.
16. Communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Clear understanding of the Selfridges brand.
18. Team player.
19. Energy and drive.
20. Strong ‘eye for detail’.
21. Manage heavy work load, multi tasking, juggling numerous projects
22. at any one time.
23. Calm within busy environment.
