Are you a Maintenance Electrician looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work in a renowned company which offers up skill and training?
Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Maintenance Electrician to join their team covering the East. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on site.
Location: Sedgefield (Static)
Salary: Competitive (up to £39,000 depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday

An average day will include the following:
9. To maintain and repair a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment
10. Working in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy
11. To undertake regular planned visits and complete PPM tasks and minor repairs requested
12. To undertake a variety of legal compliance electrical testing including emergency lighting, fire alarm and in-house servicing of equipment
13. To undertake a variety of electrical repairs arising from periodic inspection and testing
An ideal candidate will have:
14. Formal Apprenticeship and formal trade qualifications in an electrical field
15. A City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar
16. 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations
17. Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
An ideal candidate will be:
18. Flexible and patient
19. A team player
20. Able to understand complex information and demonstrate attention to detail
21. Remain professional and communicate strongly
22. A can-do attitude
