Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large public sector organisation based in Birmingham. They are looking for a Workforce Coordinator to join their Workforce Planning Team on a 12-month basis.
Duties and responsibilities of Workforce Coordinator include:
* Accurately input and maintain comprehensive training schedules within the rostering system, ensuring all staff receive required training while maintaining operational cover
* Monitor employee absences and vacancies to ensure training availability, while considering skills, rank, and fire engine type
* Process and manage complex amendments to employee records with accuracy
* Support wider Workforce Planning Team processes on systems such as UKG and Oracle, including tasks related to staff moves, leave, payments, and tickets.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong IT skills, with experience of using various software packages, including Excel
* The ability to handle and process large amounts of manual and computerised information with care and confidentiality
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience in staffing or rostering.
