£30–35k base + commission (ote £50k)

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who’s hungry to learn, driven to hit goals, and excited to connect with prospects who can benefit from our solution.
What you’ll do:
* Drive outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn & events
* Follow up with inbound leads and event attendees
* Run discovery calls and qualify leads
* Book high-quality product demos for the sales team
* Keep CRM data sharp and clean
* Own your KPIs across activity, demos, and conversions
What we’re looking for:
You’re curious, confident, organised, and eager to grow. You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and love hitting targets. Bonus points if you’re tech-savvy and a natural relationship builder. You could be a Grad looking to take a first career step or a sales professional with a couple of years consultative sales experience.
