The Opportunity
We're working with a growing AV solutions provider looking to bring in a Senior AV Installation Engineer to strengthen their delivery team.
This role is focused on high-quality installations. No long-term service or maintenance, just clean, professional delivery of AV systems across corporate, education and large venue environments.
If you take pride in your installs and enjoy being the go-to person on site, this is a strong step up.
The Role
You'll take ownership of AV installations on site, often acting as the lead engineer, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Projects include:
* Corporate AV systems
* Interactive displays and VC setups
* Projection and large format displays
* Audio systems and distribution
* Screens, mounts and infrastructure
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading installations on site
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Managing cable routing, termination and system setup
* Aligning and calibrating AV equipment
* Liaising with clients and internal teams
* Maintaining high standards of finish and presentation
What We're Looking For
* Strong AV installation experience (3-5+ years)
* Confident leading installs or stepping into a senior role
* Experience with projectors, screens, VC systems and displays
* Strong cable management and termination skills
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Professional attitude on client sites
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Experience with Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Yealink or similar
