The role
As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

* Are dedicated to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
* Ensure food, health, and safety standards are impeccable, understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spot opportunities.
* Build a coaching culture, work with the head chef on recruitment and development, and foster personal and professional growth.
* Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.

* An experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong communicator who engages with consideration and care, ensuring the team feels supported.
* Proven experience maintaining food, safety standards, and managing financial performance including GP and stock control.
* Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
* An inspiring leader who motivates their team to thrive and grow.
* Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and belongs.
* A proactive problem solver capable of quick thinking.
