This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to an ambitious Family Solicitor with strong technical expertise, proven management experience and a genuine interest in departmental growth and strategic development. The Role You will take overall responsibility for the performance, development and strategic direction of the Family department, ensuring high standards of client care and legal service delivery whilst driving profitability and growth.
