OTE: £75,000+ (Base Salary + Bonus + Tronc)

You will:
* Lead a high-performing kitchen brigade in a busy, high-profile venue
* Champion the use of local, seasonal ingredients to elevate our menus
* Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes with flair and precision
* Inspire and mentor your team to be passionate, efficient, and proud of their work
* Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation
