Introduction:

We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for a Head of Marketing who will lead and drive the marketing strategy across three dynamic companies: 21CC Group Ltd, GC Live Ltd, and Limitless DMC Ltd. This pivotal role is a key part of our strategic growth plans across three businesses and will oversee marketing activities, brand positioning, and the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. As we embark on a period of ambitious expansion, this role offers the perfect platform for a visionary marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

* 21CC Group Ltd: Incorporating six specialist businesses, including 21CC Events, 21CC Productions, 21CC Fireworks, 21CC Pyrotechnics, 21CC Hire & Sales, and Funktioncreep Ltd, 21CC Group is at the forefront of creating awe-inspiring event solutions, from large-scale productions to intricate pyrotechnics displays.
* GC Live Ltd: As an award-winning company, GC Live spearheads the design and delivery of major public events, creative illumination trails, and seasonal festival celebrations. With a reputation for excellence in event management, GC Live’s portfolio spans a wide range of large-scale, high-profile events.
* Limitless DMC Ltd: Operating under the guiding principle of "A World Without Limits," Limitless DMC specialises in Incentives, Groups, Conferences, and high-end bespoke travel, by crafting extraordinary experiences and itineraries for discerning clients worldwide.



Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate revenue growth for all three companies. This includes overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, managing campaigns for key events, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership teams at 21CC Group, GC Live, and Limitless DMC, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

* Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy for 21CC Group Ltd, GC Live Ltd, and Limitless DMC Ltd, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
* Lead the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilising a mix of digital, social, content, SEO, SEM, and traditional marketing tactics to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Brand Development & Positioning:

* Manage and enhance the brand positioning of each company, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
* Conduct periodic brand audits, audience research, and competitor analysis to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.


Event Marketing Strategy:

* Develop comprehensive marketing plans for key events across all three businesses (e.g., the 25th anniversary event, major public events, bespoke travel itineraries).
* Lead marketing efforts to ensure successful event launches, including digital media, content strategies, PR, and media partnerships.


Team Leadership & Collaboration:

* Develop, then mentor and manage the marketing team across all three businesses, fostering a collaborative approach to campaign execution.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging, brand strategy, and event marketing success.


Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

* Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
* Utilise data insights to continually optimise campaigns and enhance ROI.


Resource Management & Budgeting:

* Oversee marketing budgets for all three companies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact.
* Recommend staffing needs and external partnerships (e.g., agencies, influencers, content creators) to support marketing initiatives.


External Relations:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including sponsors, media outlets, and influencers.
* Represent the companies at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities globally as required.



Your Expertise:

* Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successfully leading multi-channel campaigns and driving business growth across diverse industries.
* Expertise in event marketing, brand management, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), and content strategy.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and collaborate with a diverse team.
* Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions that enhance marketing performance and ROI.
* Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets, with a keen understanding of resource allocation.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and represent the company in a professional manner.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Additional Skills:

* Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing tools (CRM, analytics platforms, and automation tools).
* A full UK driving license is required due to the office location and potential travel to events.
* Self-motivated, highly organised, and efficient at prioritising.



Employee Benefits: (details based on full time. Pro-rata for part time)

* This is a permanent, full-time position across all three companies (part time considered for the right candidate)
* Flexible working hours with core hours from 10 am – 4 pm each working day.
* 31 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays) – 5 allocated by the company.

Salary:

* £negotiable pending live event marketing experience, and seniority. Pro-rata for part time, with annual salary reviews following a successful 6-month probation period.
