We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Digital Consultants to join our team within the Digital Strategy and Advisory team, alongside capability on BIM and Digital Twin strategy. The role involves discovery workshops, developing IM project delivery programs, forming BIM / IM strategy, conducting gap analyses, and identifying systems, processes, and workflows to support digital implementation and handover.
Responsibilities
* Participate in discovery workshops and develop information management (IM) project delivery programs.
* Form BIM / IM strategy and conduct gap analyses to identify systems, processes and workflows for digital implementation and handover.
* Collaborate with team members on BIM and Digital Twin strategy initiatives.
* Support client communications and delivery of information management standards and BIM for project delivery.
Candidate specification
Essential
* High knowledge of information management standards (BS EN ISO 19650) and protocols.
* Proven experience in utilising BIM for information management and project delivery.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Desirable
* BIM model authoring experience.
* Experience performing project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
* Understanding of COBie implementation and handover processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Knowledge of metadata management and information classification.
