The Role This Top 30 international are seeking a Planning Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its growing and highly regarded Planning team. The practice handles a wide-ranging portfolio of complex and exciting work for both private and public sector clients, including major infrastructure, regeneration and energy projects. The team continues to secure new instructions and has a strong pipeline of nationally significant work. You will manage your own matters, providing commercially focused planning advice and working closely with colleagues nationally. You will have the chance to support high-profile development and infrastructure schemes, while also contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the department. Experience in one or more of the following will be important: promoting compulsory purchase orders, drafting complex section 106 agreements for residential or mixed-use schemes, or advising on DCO applications.
