The Role
* Handle inbound calls from consumers and distributors
* Address inquiries via telephone and email in Swedish and English
* Provide quality advice and information
* Resolve queries and update customers
* Process calls accurately and efficiently
* Assist colleagues during downtime
* Maintain a positive, professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Customer service experience
* Ability to provide courteous, professional service
* Great team player with motivation to solve customer problems
