ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Culinary & Hospitality, you will lead Avery’s culinary, hospitality, housekeeping, and laundry strategy across our care home portfolio, ensuring exceptional standards, strong compliance, and outstanding resident experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading service standards across Culinary, Hospitality.
* Driving food safety compliance, EHO standards, and continuous improvement
* Managing menu development, allergen compliance, and IDDSI training
* Supporting budget performance, supplier relationships, and operational efficiencies
* Building strong partnerships with General Managers and senior leaders across the business
ABOUT YOU
To be successful, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Senior leadership experience across multi-site Culinary, Hospitality, or Hotel Services
* Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier performance
* Flexibility to travel nationally
* A degree or equivalent qualification
