We are looking for an organised and proactiveLettings Administrator to join our small friendly team. This is a key role within the office and requires accuracy to ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks to help deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining tenancy documentation
* Answering telephone enquiries and booking viewings
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Arranging and occassionally conducting property inspections
* Organising legal certificates to ensure full compliance
* Charging invoices
* Dealing with daily maintenance issues and keeping accurate records
* Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day administration
Requirements
1. Strong administrative and organisational skills
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy environment
5. High attention to detail
6. Full clean UK driving licence is essential
7. Flexibility to increase hours for holiday cover
