Responsibilities Include:
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
* Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across key platforms.
* Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
* Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and public relations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
* Prepare regular reports on social media performance for management review.
* Additional administration tasks to assist the team
Skills
* Proven experience in public relations and social media management is preferred.
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
* Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

35 hours per week, flexible working days and hours.
