The role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day to day running of our office.

This is a varied role working closely with the Managing Director and Sales and Lettings Director, supporting the wider team and helping ensure the office runs efficiently.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in being organised and enjoys being part of a positive and high performing team.


Key responsibilities

* Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
* Booking property viewings and appointments
* Assisting with sales and lettings progression
* Creating and uploading property listings to our CRM system and property portals
* Preparing property details and marketing information
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
* Raising invoices and assisting with basic accounts administration
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Acting as a first point of contact for clients and providing a professional experience
* Helping keep the office organised and running smoothly


About you

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work and enjoys supporting a team.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and telephone manner
* Good attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
* The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
* A proactive and reliable approach to work

Previous experience in administration, property, estate agency or customer service would be beneficial but is not essential.

We value attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn just as much as experience.
