Teaching Personnel has been supplying tutors and educators to schools, local authorities, and alternative provisions for over 26 years. In 2022, TP Tutors was created as a specialist tutoring service delivering comprehensive tuition programmes.
We now work with 5,000+ schools, 80+ local authorities, and 12,000+ educators, connecting passionate tutors with pupils of all backgrounds - from those out of school to those at risk of exclusion. Our mission: to reignite a love of learning and open pathways back to full-time education.
As part of our exciting growth, we're expanding our team with a new Tuition Consultant.

The Role
As a Tuition Consultant, you'll connect local authorities, schools, and tutors to deliver outstanding tuition experiences for children and young people.
Previous experience isn't essential - what matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to learn. You'll work alongside experienced recruiters in a supportive, fast-moving environment with clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, recruit, and onboard new tutors.
* Manage all vetting and eligibility requirements.
* Liaise with senior leaders to structure effective tuition programmes.
* Promote tuition services to new and existing clients in your region.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safeguarding regulations.
