Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE £48,000+)
Shift: Rotating Early / Late – No Nights

Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery
* Planned preventative maintenance across the site
* Supporting equipment upgrades and improvement projects
* Identifying root causes and implementing long‑term fixes
* Maintaining high safety and operational standards
Shift Pattern
* Week 1: 05:30 – 14:00
* Week 2: 13:30 – 22:00
* 1 in 4 Saturdays compulsory, paid at time and a half
No night shifts. Structured rotation. Predictable overtime that boosts your earnings.
Package
* Up to £45,000 basic salary
* Saturday overtime at 1.5x

What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi‑Skilled Engineering
* Manufacturing background (FMCG or fast‑paced production preferred)
* Confident electrical fault‑finding ability
* PLC fault diagnosis knowledge advantageous
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
