A close-knit project and cost consultancy based in Central London are looking for a bright and hard-working Project Manager to join their team. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a director led consultancy that consists of project managers and commercial managers. The Project Manager will be joining a practice who have a strong reputation for delivering schemes within the residential, commercial, retail and education sectors. The Project Manager will be delivering schemes that are predominantly located in London and surrounding areas. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be working on delivering the whole lifecycle of projects that range from purpose-built student accommodation to the refurbishment of primary / secondary schools with contract values ranging from £10m-£75m. The Project Manager will need to have a client-facing and confident approach as they will be working closely with commercial managers and external members like contractors and sub-contractors.
