What You Can Expect
* Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects
* Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams
* Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to research, conceive and craft delightful digital products and services
* Contribute to and support all types of research and design activities; from interviews and workshops through to prototyping and user testing
* Rapidly visualise ideas, through collaborative sketching and prototyping
* Craft high quality UX & UI artefacts with guidance and direction
Qualifications
Essential requirements

* You thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking
* You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Understand and apply UX best practice while balancing the technical constraints of your project
* Some industry experience in producing UX and UI design to solve a range of client problems.
* You know a range of design tools, techniques and processes, and when to apply them.
* We’re looking for designers who understand how to design for AI-powered experiences and also use AI to enhance their own creative process. You’ll help shape smart, responsive products while using tools like generative design, prototyping with AI, and prompt-based exploration to work faster and more creatively.

* Round 1: Either a competency or technical interview (60 mins)
* Round 2: Either a competency or technical interview, whichever you didn’t do at first round (60 mins)
* Final round: Meeting with a PA leader - a mini case study and discussion around your client-centricity (60 mins)
