Overview
As Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, you will:
* Lead the development and implementation of the school's inclusion strategy.
* Provide strategic leadership for SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged pupils.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor and evaluate inclusion strategies.
* Drive professional development for staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
Our school is a thriving and inclusive primary school located in a diverse and dynamic community in Basingstoke, Hampshire. We are dedicated to providing every child with a nurturing environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We place a strong emphasis on inclusion, particularly for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
