Job Description:
A UK Digital Charitable Trust is seeking a highly proficient Technical Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of projects from inception to implementation. This role involves extensive networking with clients and internal teams, assembling expert teams to optimize resources and efficiency, and ensuring projects align with the scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery and adherence to project standards.
* Guide and refine customer requirements, translating them into actionable development stories.
* Collaborate with domain experts to understand technical domains and design solutions.
* Handle agile workflows, backlogs, and sprints, and develop comprehensive project plans.
* Monitor project progress, providing detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
* Manage Issues, Risks & Dependency logs for projects.
* Proactively communicate with all personnel to foster a collaborative environment, identify problems, and implement solutions.
* Oversee resource and material acquisition before and during project phases.
* Stay informed of industry trends and anticipate future projects' details.
* Cultivate an innovative, collaborative, and efficient working culture.
* Maintain team morale and performance even in challenging situations.
* Manage cross-disciplinary projects, teams, and client relationships.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong technical understanding of software architecture, especially API-based platforms.
* Experience in requirement elicitation and agile story writing.
* Expert grasp of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Track record of delivering multiple projects across technical teams and clients.
* Proficiency in project planning and progress monitoring, including budget and milestone control.
* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to build contingency plans.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent command of the English language.
* Flexibility to work UK office hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the Fintech sector.
* Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, AWS, and API-based platforms.
