The Systems Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining Rollover’s business systems to support revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
The role involves providing first-line support for business systems applications such as SAP Business One, 8x8 Contact Centre, Adobe Commerce, and Microsoft Power BI.
It also includes managing communication between the Business Systems team and Pilgrims IT Shared Services, proactively identifying common issues, and building a knowledge base for self-service support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line support for user requests, including handling calls and tickets, triaging, and escalating when necessary.
* Assist users with business systems like SAP Business One, 8x8 Contact Centre, Adobe Commerce, and Power BI reports.
* Manage communication between the Business Systems team and users.
* Identify recurring issues and feedback for continuous improvement.
* Maintain and improve knowledge base articles.
* Support testing of platforms following updates and report results.
Minimum Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office.
* Experience with IT ticket management.
* Knowledge of SAP Business One.
* Understanding of business process automation.
