As a Senior Category Managerbased in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading the development of a cross functional category plan for a number of categories, which includes long-term development strategies in order to deliver the appropriate market position and agreed KPI’s
2. Accountability for the leadership of the Category management matrix team. This may include people development, coaching, sharing best practise and succession planning in order to deliver a culture of continuous personal improvement
3. Overall accountability for the creation and management of strategic supplier relationships
4. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain & Operations teams to implement Category strategies and tactics
5. Accountability for all Category supplier terms negotiations
This role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday: 08:00-17:00
