Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper (Hawkhurst – 2 Mornings/Week)

We’re seeking a dynamic and conscientious Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. This is an ideal role for a professional who enjoys hands-on financial work, welcomes variety, and thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven setting.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare client invoices, financial accounts, VAT and corporation tax returns
* Handle day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero and other accounting software
* Review financial processes and suggest practical improvements
* Contribute positively to our close-knit team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing or supervising a finance or bookkeeping team
* Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Ability to identify areas for process improvement
* Organised, communicative, and a genuinely friendly team player
* Part-time: Minimum 2 mornings per week (on-site in Hawkhurst)
* Flexible hoursto suit your schedule
