Administration and Data Processing
Location - Burghfield Common (candidate will most likely need to drive - parking available)Role Purpose: - Provide administrative support to ensure smooth charity operations.Based 100% on-site - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle calls, emails, and general correspondence.
* Maintain records and update databases.
* Assist with invoices and basic finance tasks.
* Support events and fundraising activities.
* Order office supplies and manage stock.
Skills Required:
* Strong organisation and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Previous admin experience (charity sector desirable)
