Construction Manager Required - Shoreham
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take the lead on an exciting new self-storage build project in Shoreham. This is a contract role lasting six months, with a focus on civils and steel-frame construction. Our client is looking for a professional who can hit the ground running and ensure successful delivery of this project. The role is based on-site and falls outside of IR35, offering an ASAP start for the right candidate.
Key Skills
Civils Expertise: Proficiency in managing civil engineering aspects of construction projects to ensure quality and compliance.
Steel Frame Construction: Extensive experience in overseeing the design and assembly of steel-frame structures to deliver efficient and durable results.
Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and on-site teams effectively, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
On-Site Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams on-site with a hands-on approach, maintaining safety and efficiency at all times.
Self Storage: Experience in new build self storage projects would be advantageous.
