As a Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and configuring Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs.
To be successful as a Workday Specialist / HCM Consultant:
* You will have experience specializing in one or more modules including Talent,
* You will have experience translating business requirements into technical configurations, developing custom reports, managing security roles, and supporting system updates.
* You will have the ability to troubleshoot issues, support integrations, provide user training, and document system configurations and changes.
