You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing homes across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, working in both void properties and occupied homes.This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability, strong benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in local communities.Your new role
* Electrical maintenance and repairs across domestic social housing
* Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works to a high standard
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
* Working across occupied and empty (void) properties
* Participating in a call-out rota with additional payments
* Delivering excellent customer service to residents
What you'll need to succeed
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
* 18th Edition
* Experience in domestic or social housing environments
* Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach
* Full UK driving licence
