Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical training on agricultural machinery to dealer staff across the UK
* Create and update engaging course materials, including blended and virtual learning resources
* Support qualification pathways and learner progression within the dealer network
* Attend international training forums to contribute to global curriculum development
* Continuously improve teaching quality through learner feedback and peer observation
* Promote safeguarding, equality, and inclusion across all learning environments
Desirable Skillset Includes
* Strong background in agricultural engineering
* Level 3 qualification (or higher) in agricultural engineering or a related discipline
* Confidence in delivering both practical and theory-based sessions
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and transmission systems
* Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to Europe for training
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to undertake one)
